Annex – carrots on wine

500 g carrots 2 pcs onion 4 dl white semi-sweet wine 1 KL salt 1/2 KL ground black pepper 1/2 tbsp curry pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp butter 1 KL ground sweet paprika 2 cloves garlic 1/2 handful parsley
step
1. In hot oil, fry the cleaned and chopped onion and then add the sliced carrots. Sauté for about 10 minutes. 2. Add 1 tbsp of curry spices and pour 4dl of wine over everything. 3. Then add 1 tbsp soy sauce and simmer everything under a lid until the carrots are soft. 4. Finally add the chopped garlic cloves and parsley. Salt to taste. 5. Enjoy!
