An egg puff recipe without vegetables

If you love egg puffs but don’t love the veggies that often come with it, this recipe is for you! This egg puff recipe is packed with flavor and contains no veggies, so you can enjoy it guilt-free.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup of milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup of butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, butter and vanilla extract.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
Fill each muffin cup about three-quarters full with batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
Serve these egg puffs as is, or with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
