Procedure:
1. Cut the washed and dried sprats into cubes
2. Add the diced meat and fry them on all sides
3. Add sugar, spices, mustard and salt, dust the dish with flour, pour beer and simmer under a lid until tender
4. Finally, season the dish with pepper and salt to taste.
