Procedure:
1. Fry the meat in oil, salt, pepper and pour the broth
2. Chop the cabbage finely and add to the soup together with the raisins and sugar
3. Cook everything until tender and season with the juice of 1 lemon at the end.
Recommendation:
Serve with fried bread cut into cubes.
