Amazing popsicle cake

3 pcs homemade eggs 100 g powdered sugar 250 ml whipping cream 1 tbsp cocoa 2 pcs cake wafers

80 g chocolate 20 g Cera

Frozen treat with chocolate slab in the middle.

First make the chocolate slab. Melt the chocolate and Cera in the microwave, spread on baking paper and place in the fridge to set.

Use only fresh eggs for the cream, preferably homemade as raw eggs are used. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until thick, whip the stiff egg whites separately and the whipped cream separately. Mix everything lightly together.

Divide the mixture into two parts and colour one with cocoa.

Line the tray with foil, insert one wafer.
5.
Place half of the dark cream, half of the light cream, the chocolate slab, the rest of the light cream on top, and the rest of the dark cream on top of the chocolate slab. Cover the whole with the second wafer.
6.
Place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours and then cut with a warm knife. It is fantastically refreshing in summer.
