Almond-Cranberry Cookies

Traditional American cookies with almond and cranberry flavour.

Procedure:
1. Melt 170 g white chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, let it cool, stir in softened butter, beaten eggs, cane sugar and light sugar, vanilla extract and beat everything until creamy with a hand-held electric beater
2. Then add the sifted plain flour with baking powder, ground cinnamon, dried cranberries, remaining chocolate chopped into pieces, chopped, peeled almonds and mix well (it should form a thick dough)
3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and use a spoon to shape the dough into small loaves, press gently and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until golden brown (12 minutes), leave on the tray to cool for 2 minutes and then cool on a metal rack.
