Snake River Farms also has an excellent selection of American Kobe beef cuts (Wagyu beef). These steak cuts are graded gold (above Prime) with excellent marbling, hand cut and aged 28 days. Wagyu is a very expensive beef, but SRF pricing is quite reasonable.
